Welcome to the web site of Kristina Sargent Institute of Taekwondo,  established  in May 1991. Since opening it has produced 29 black belts and won countless national competition medals and several International. We have hosted several major events including :   The 1995 British Championships     UKTA 30th Anniversary Celebration Events in 1997    ITF International Millennium Seminar with Grandmaster Rhee Ki Ha and Master Choi Jung Hwa   Numerous seminars with Grandmaster Rhee Ki Ha.
